Finally booked the apartment for our stay when C and O are over in February. Have been looking at web sites for what seems like day, checking areas, reviews, costs etc. In the end it is only for 4 days so I booked one. It looks fabulous, it is on the Friendly apartments site. Mosaic floor and in the medieval part of the city so all narrow paved streets.
http://www.friendlyrentals.com/ and is called Almodovar ( it is 2 bedroom ) and we get a 25% discount for 2 of the nights and then some huge fair takes place in Barcelona and everything is booked up, the 3GSM I must look it up and see why a whole city is full.
