no car

Ssadly we did not get the car , could not get enough money from the cash machine to pay for it!!!!!!! I will go tomorrow ( at 10.00 when they open) get the car and drive to work. It will be good practice for when I have to go in peak traffic. Its about 20 mins to Portishead and there are many roads and spaghetti junctions and choices so to do it on my own for the first time will be good to be quieter.

Instead of new I have some photos of my walk to my ride share pick up.

the first two are at the end of our enclave I cross the road ant then walk down the water side the view with the little coloured houses is the way I am goin and the view with the bigger building looking back at the end of the enclave where we live

then past "The Ostrich Inn" and really old pub

then on one side it the General Hospital and very old building that is being run down and its functions moved away. And the other side lovely wee boat harbour.
The I wait by the side of the river.
which some days it a high wide river and other a low muddy stream, one of the highest tidal changes in the world. Because of it the water is always a muddy brown .

Very lazy day at work and then him and I went to the local bar, sat in the sun and had a wine and watched the boats.
