sun

Foggy this morning but lovely and sunny now. Went for a walk to get the groceries , finally going to try quorn, a vege meat substitute they make out of mushroom/fungus type stuff. I know sound very unappealing but in the supermarket its made into lovely appetising bacon, chicken and the one we are trying mince.ick. Will be lots of chilli beans and cheese and corn chips...will let you know.

Was actually quite nice same texture that I remember mince being tho its many

years since I had it,P says " to be honest it was not as bad as I thought it would be"

On the way home we stopped at a pub turned out to be Bristol's leading Goth pub that would explain all the black outfits and body piercing, my white pants were a bit out of place. Still pleasant enough pub sitting in the sun. Will go for a walk after the nachos and check out the beach.

While on our walk we came across some middle aged men in kayaks, they were pushing each other off the side of the canal....in their kayaks so the first photo is them leaving the edge and the second is after they hit the water, the boat dips in quite deep and the man gets soaked. all good fun but you have to get the angle right.
