rental car and then we drive along the coast to Viterbo for the night. Then inland to Cassino.
We have an apartment in Via Monte Cassino , the road to the Abbey.
Been a lovely couple of days here, especially as I am not working, the sun has shone and it has
been sundress weather. We have done lots of walks including 
Leigh Woods and Clifton, where there were some stunning big homes in wooded grounds. Even got to see some tree fellas trimming the top branches of a pine tree, all ropes and chainsaws.Had a lovely lunch at the Mud Dock pub, was nice to sit in the sun by the water.On my after tea walk 7 balloons went over, they were so close I could see the flames and hear the people talking, they are here for the big balloon fest this weekend, shame we miss it, still I have seen a lot of them already.
Nice long talk to C today, nice that my mum had given her a call, she is always pleased to hear from her. She has the hostel formal on Friday so is dress shopping. Still really enjoying Uni and the hostel and busy planning the trip over here at Xmas.
Have packed and repacked, cleaned out the fridge and feel ready now, although nervous about our lack of Italian speaking practice. Hopefully if they speakv e r y s l o w l y we might be able to get the gist of it .
