Trains

I am truly a UK resident I can talk about the trains.
Yesterday the train was 2 carriages long and jammed full with lots of us standing.

So today I was early and there was a train at platform 7 but only 1 carriage so I asked, yes that was the 8.13 to Swindon and my train, I got on , standing again. At 8.09 it was full and they shut and locked the doors. This meant that the passengers arriving in the last 5 minutes all had to stand on the platform looking at the train they were on time for but could not get on.... at 8.13 we left, we got to the first stop and 3 got off so 3 were allowed on and the rest were left staring sadly at the train. They would have to wait at least 45 minutes for the next one that went the whole journey.
Think I might be a bit early tomorrow as well.

Work was good, last 2 days I have used the Heads office as she was out, today I had had it cleaned and replaced her big old huge square computer screen with a nice slim flat screen monitor, so much better. Did a whole lot of health and safety stuff and designed fire evacuation notices ( with lovely schematics of the buildings) for each block.
The head was teaching today, it was World War 1 to some juniors she had 2 tins of corned beef, some wet wool socks and some photos of trench foot. I have voluteered P to do a lesson in January on WW2.
