A great night

Had a good day at work where I was in the finance office for the day and had people to talk to.
Home changed and collected P to take him to his surprise place for the birthday tea.

We did not have to walk far, and he spotted a Young's pub ( he has been after Young's Double Chocolate Stout ever since we got over here) so I said lets go and see if they have some. The place was packed with a happy Friday night crowd and there were no tables. It was then I revealed that I had booked and that this was where we were having dinner. You have never seen such a happy chap, lots of stout, lots of people and a steak as well. I had used the web and found that there were 3 Young's pubs in Bristol and this one was easy walk from our house, I am sure we will go there regularly now we have found it. It was modern and old if that makes sense, a really old building and new bathrooms, leather sofas and book shelves with books and games, and poker machines and pool tables. All sorts. Incredibly popular.
The night before I had given him a present to go along with his new shoes a balloon modelling kit ( I have one for Mia for Xmas so no telling) so we sat in bed and made a dog, a swan and an elephant that looks like a dachshund. some lovely photos attached, maybe there should be a prize if you can figure out which is which.( Faye your card and letter arrived and I gave them to him on the day )
