P and I went to work and Linda did a potter round art galleries and crafty type shops.
then we all went out for dinner at the above named restaurant, fabulous food, entrees, mushrooms and blue cheese: polenta chips and salsa: a venison salad ( called smoked Bambi). mains : lamb with caramel onion and thyme: tart of Camembert, shallots, and salad: Bean pie with parsnip and other stuff. dessert was pannacotta with blueberries and treacle tart. and an expensive bottle of rose that was Linda's thank you treat.
All in all a lovely meal and now we are reclining at home. Linda is practicing her Irish now she has discovered Irish ancestry.
