Well another month nearly gone.

We joined a badminton club on Monday, well the local school hall group at 8.30. Was a lot of fun they had all the rackets and gear set up we arrived and started to play. We had three good games with another new couple playing all the combinations of doubles. P and I both won 2 games each. I was amazed how easily the game came back ( I last played for Dunstan High in the 7th form ) so a couple of years back.


It was great smashing the shuttle back one shot then a dainty drop over the net the next. P and I managed to sort out who was at the net after a few misses.

A bit stiff in the arm on Tuesday, more on Wednesday but fine now.



Most of the week I have been the only one in the General Ledger department, been great for upskilling with no pressure. Last two days I have been working directly for the UK Finance Director which has been good, hopefully I can do more for him as it is nice complicated accounting.

Easy driving this week leaving at 7.15 seems to work well.
