A whole new year, no snow and not even as cold as before Xmas,
Normal week, no conductor on the train so a delay one day and then the Friday after work train cancelled....
Had a lovely chat with my mum who is still in hospital getting over the broken leg but half way through the recovery period. A bit quiet for her in the Ranfuly hospital and for dad at home on his own.
C has now moved into her flat in Dunedin, is back at work and will be flying here on the 15Th to arrive 8am 17th at Heathrow. They have cancelled the airport strikes which is a relief.
Went to the library at 12 it is now 3 and P still there, he has found a reference section with lots of good books that he can't take out so will be there for the afternoon.
We have started the planning for the month ( which P has grown to 6 weeks now ) in Italy at the end of May. We need to get airfares etc organised.

Are just back from holiday and first chance to read about C. SO sorry for you (and her of course) but very glad everything ok now. You will be so excited to see her in 2 sleeps!!! We all fine here. Have started new job at top boarding school and am going to really enjoy it. For some reason I wasn't sad at all to leave other job. We all fine and well, two girls really looking forward to T Coll. A is coming to the school to live in as a house tutor so that will be fun. Her room at home has been taken over by a friend who will board with us for the year.
Will email soon, not having daily access to my own lap top is a pain!!
