Had a lovely day the sun shone I talked to Adele, and Claire and sorted out lots of home stuff. Always nice to catchup on the goings on.
Then we went to the riverside garden centre for lunch, which as it sounds sells plants and has a cafe. We sat out side in our jackets but the sun came out and the layer peeled off until it was just right. A vege cafe so easy for me to find food.
It had a play area so Mia was happy climbing up and down while C and M caught up with news of P's new job etc.
After a couple of hours and some plant buying we took the car ( which has a puncture repair done but still takes a litre of water per journey) home and went for a long walk round the waterfront to where the dragon boat racing had finished... timing off there.
Then a stroll back on the other side to the pub on the waterfront and watched the rugby a good game but Argentina too strong in the end.
Then home to read the Sunday paper and hot soup.
A very pleasant winters day.
