Chess and travel

Chess at the Opera house was great, I had a cd of the show years ago and so I can sing all the songs ( tried to keep my voice down during the show). P had not seen it so it was all knew and he enjoyed it as well.
The Opera house is beautiful in side.

Ofsted ( the official inspectors of schools in Uk) are coming to visit the religious education department on Wednesday for two days so it has been all hand to try and make the walls look lovely the corridors smart and all the course work and curriculum stuff up to date. Seems silly that they give the school two days warning as every school I have been in does a mad rush to catch up, we had painters in over the weekend, funnily they only did the floor the RE dept is on and the route that the inspectors will take from the office to the RE floor. The we found at the want to check another subject that is scattered all over the school. The will travel in the is paint scented area for a day and then hit the real world for a day. Must be like the queen every where they go it smells like new paint and every display is lovely.

P headed off for Italy today ( thus missing the visit) he had data to do for it so worked later than he intended so we were late getting home, then he panicked that he would miss the train, then made it on time to collect his tickets to find the TV coy had booked tomorrow. Minor panic when he thought it was him and he was due tomorrow but all the flights are tomorrow morning ( 5.40am) so he has to go today.
SO he used our credit card to pay and will have to claim it back, meanwhile the train he wanted arrived and left without him.
Good start....
He has his all black jersey to wear for the filming sp there will be a little bit of NZ.

I'm almost as confused about your gent's travel as he must have been!
Good to see the spring is as nice in Leeds as I recall it being further south.
