After the game we went to a golf driving range and hit 100 balls, then home for lunch and then a game of tennis. ( I wonder which bits of my body will hurt most tomorrow)
I bought two tennis rackets for £1.50 each at the charity shop and there are courts all over the area with tennis nets set up so just need to walk there. The balls cost more than the rackets.
P is obsessing with his latest model the Borodino a Russian war ship from 1904.

It has lots of tiny pieces and he has a copper sheet ( above) with railings and portholes ladders and things to cut out and add to it.
It is 34 cm long and very fiddly. A bit of swearing involved.
We had a meal out at a Greek restaurant on Friday , very nice and are off to Scarborough on Wednesday for 2 days and a night, might as well use the holidays break.
(If it does not show on your screen there is an older post today about our jobs before this one)
