Hi
Yesterday was a rugby day, we watched both

Scotland and the All Blacks play, both times at a pub sadlly they only had the sound for the first game .... was very annoying and we would not have stayed but we both had new glasses of beer/wine and were not willing to gulp them. On the upside we did have a huge squashy leather sofa and a great view of a big telly. We shared the viewing with a kiwi girl and a Scottish man.
Then we bussed back home had pizza, set up the new hopefully faster ( 5 times more downloads allowed for half the price ) Internet connection. AT 12.00 we decided to go to bed and then he remembered we were meant to go to his workmates concert at 8.00 oops....

Sunday headed off to Falkirk to see the wheel. It was a millennium project to help revitalise the canals of Scotland. Is a great piece of engineering. A boat goes in the bottom and with the power needed to boil 8 kettles the wheel turns ( big cogs ) and a boat goes up and a boat goes down.
A great system really, We did not do the boat trip as it is just up a trip through a tunnel and the boat turns round and comes back down again.
