Photos of the balcony with my new plants.

A busy day waiting in for a delivery, I ordered a really tall cd rack ( as a shelving unit for all our little treasures) and a chest of drawers for my bedroom for all my smalls.... the delivery was anytime from 11 till 2.00 so I had to stay in all that time and it arrived at 2.10.

only the cd tower arrived..

I checked and the order for the chest of drawers did not go through

So I went down to the local second hand shop and bought a nice old walnut cabinet only £20 and it lovely.

They had to get a stranger to manhandle out of the display window and then he asked if

e could help put it

in the car

but my car was at home so I said thanks but I would be at least 10 mins getting it

When I got back with the car he had waited and loaded it up for me how nice was that.

When I got back to the flat one of the chefs at the cafe out front was outside on the phone so I asked him to help me and

he carried one end all the way to my flat door..

.. nice these yorkshire chaps.

I had a go

tonight at putting the cd

rack together the putting the screws in is too hard and all I have done is hurt my elbow with all that twisting ggrrr had to put it in the spare room till P comes back

Sun was shining so I went for a long walk to explore and signed up at at Dr,s ready for getting ill in the winter.

Tonight when I went down to the cafe

(thought I should after the man helped move my furniture ) the whole area is alot busier , lots of people in the bars and cafes/ restaurants. when j gets back it will take us weeks to get round them all.

Sunny again on Sunday do I went and bought some plants for the balcony and a flowering

plant for in the flat just to brighten it up. Feeling quite settled now and so clean and tidy ( well till P gets back and clutters it up, still at least it will be someone to talk to other than shop staff.

He has collected all his tour group, 2 Rome airports, 4 trips, 5 hour waits etc but all there safely.

Today they went to caserta palace and tomorrow it is various cemeteries in Cassino area. He has a bad cold and is losing his voice.. too much time in the sun on Italian beaches I expect.

I don't know why some bits are highlighted just a treat for the reader I expect!
