This week:
booked flights to Portugal
managed to utilise part of our trip to Paris flights and we are making a 2 night 1 day stopover there on our way to Portugal.
got a new phone an INQ 1 if you are keen on that sort of thing.
P got a new one as well, kept saying he only wanted to renew the plan but they kept insisting he get a phone , so it is here sitting in a box.
redid my cv and am going to apply for permanent full time work in Public school ( ie NZ posh private) system. Have seen a couple of adverts that really appeal and if we cant get temp work a permanent job will give us an income.
I will need to negotiate decent holiday allowances!
Have completed application for a lovely one in Brighton set in 65 acres of grounds and (of course) based around a stately mansion and then lots of nice new buildings to upgrade it all.
Be interesting to see if I get an interview, timing is rubbish as it closes on 25/Feb and we leave for overseas on 10/March.... not much time or shortlisting and interviews....
Otherwise each day I see P off from the wamth of our bed, an hour later get up and have porridge with sultanas and blueberries while watching the previous nights episode of Masterchef

housework glad it is a small flat

a really hard life huh....
