Felting

Hi all

Spent a lovely Saturday learning to create felt, we made a sample piece and then two larger bits.

Lots of wool and water.

The final piece I made was lovely colours then the tutor cut it in a circle to make a scarf and it was awful, looked like a piece of meat draped round my neck...

Still we had a nice day and lots of laughs.

Sunday I went a bought a cushion and sewed the felt to it. Much nicer.

Only 6 weeks until we head to York/London/New Zealand

Shame to see there were more quakes in Christchurch.
